The diocesan preparation program for adults (18+) seeking to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation is intended to provide instruction in the faith, as well as spiritual support to compliment the parish in the formation of candidates who are completing their initiation in the Catholic Church. Prior to registration, candidates must begin this process by meeting with the pastor to gather documents. This program consists of seven sessions total, with both virtual and in-person sessions. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory. Participants are asked to share their screens during virtual sessions.

Online Sessions: Thursday Evenings 6:30pm to 8:00pm
In-person Sessions: Saturdays 10am to 2pm St Julie Billiart Church Hall, 494 Slocum Rd, N. Dartmouth
Program dates: Saturday September 30, Thursday October 5, Thursday October 12, Thursday October 26, Saturday November 4, Thursday November 9, Saturday November 18.
Mandatory rehearsal with Confirmation sponsors at 6:00 PM followed by Mass at 7:00 PM.

In order to be a sponsor for Baptism or Confirmation you must receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.
