Sacraments
Sacraments
Sacraments are the way our parishioners experience Christ in His Church from “womb to tomb”. Parishioners and their families are encouraged to meet Jesus regularly in reception of Holy Communion and Reconciliation and to celebrate Christ’s presence in our lives and in our community through Baptism, Confirmation, Matrimony, Holy Orders and the Anointing of the Sick.
RECONCILIATION (CONFESSION)
Saturday, 3:15 – 3:45 pm (at Holy Name Parish) and by appointment

RCIA - RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION OF ADULTS
RCIA is offered for adults who desire to become members of the Catholic Church. Our collaborative welcomes new members into the Catholic Church through a process of education, faith sharing, and rituals known as the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
This process includes several stages marked by prayer, study, and discussion. Included in the process are several Rites which take place within the context of the Mass. The U. S. Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) describes the RCIA as a process in which participants “undergo…conversion as they study the Gospel, profess faith in Jesus and the Catholic Church, and receive the sacraments… The RCIA process follows the ancient practice of the Church and was restored by the Second Vatican Council as the normal way adults prepare for baptism.”
The RCIA process can be adapted to meet the specific needs of children and youth who come into the Church.
Please contact Fr. Mike to begin this process.
“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations. . . teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” Mt. 28:19-20
MATRIMONY
Please contact Fr. Mike at least 9 months in advance to begin marriage preparation.
